Diversity & Inclusion Consulting DNIC was established in 2019 in the APAC region by Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) leaders in response to the increasing demand for DEI in the workplace.

DNIC now offers support for companies to drive DEI at the workplace in Europe and the US, in addition to the APAC region.

Our mission is to build inclusive workplaces that embrace diversity, so that everyone with different backgrounds and identities can bring their whole selves to work.

WE CUSTOMIZE FOR YOU

DNIC supports your DEI journey at the workplace by assisting you in strategy planning and training delivery. We go through steps on how workplaces can be more inclusive whether through implementing policies or creating support groups.

We provide you with best practices such as how to start an ally program in the workplace.

Our training is customized to your target audience whether the senior management or employees at large and takes place online or in-person.

These trainings range from 90-minute delivery sessions to 3-hour workshops. Using design-thinking for workshops, participants will have the ability to further understand diversity, the pain points of implementing inclusion, and develop solutions.
